included returning goods to be

 when incorrect items are sent to you
when the item sent to you does not meet product specifications.

You can return them to us within 30 days from receipt of the merchandise.
To return a product, just simply do the followings:
1. Call us to obtain Return Authorization Number at 718-397-5518.
2. Secure your item and all of the original packing materials in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (the post office has these available if you do not).
3. Send the package by registered mail, as this is the safest way to ship high-value items.
4. Clearly print your name,address and Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package in the return area and send the package to
